Shower with love, rinse and repeat

By Greg Farrall, PPC®, CWS®, CPFA®AIF®

We all have customer service stories that stand out—some horrifying, some that put a smile on our faces. Sometimes we’re shocked at the lack of service we receive and sometimes an experience is so good it earns our loyalty. Well, at Farrall Wealth, we don’t believe in subpar service. We’ve set up our entire firm with the goal of continually wowing you and making you feel valued and loved. Here’s how we make that happen.

The Extra Mile Principle

The “Oracle of Omaha” Warren Buffett and Farrall Wealth have a few things in common. Not only are we both always in search of valuable opportunities but we also hold too many of the same driving principles.

One such principle is the importance of saving. Mr. Buffett, at the ripe old age of 14, boosted his savings by running a very profitable paper route. He was earning $175 a month, which is more than his teachers were earning at the time. He used this money to invest in himself and thus further his career.

This brings us to the second principle. During an interview on CNBC he was asked why his paper route was so much more productive and profitable than others. He explained that most people expect their morning paper in their driveway. He tried to go above a person’s expectation and throw the paper onto the front porch. Simply put, Warren Buffet went the extra mile. He gave his customers more than they expected, and he credits this principle as being key to his success. Case in point, Buffett, who is now worth more than $100 billion, spent many years in the newspaper business, though at a somewhat higher level. At one point he owned 30 newspapers and multiple weekly publications and was one of the biggest shareholders in The Washington Post, the paper he once delivered.

Love, Rinse, Repeat

Farrall Wealth has taken Warren Buffet’s approach to service to heart. With our “on the front porch” service philosophy, we strive to exceed our clients’ expectations. If a client needs something, we are there for them, going above and beyond in every situation.

The proverbial “front porch” idea is an extension of our core mission to shower our clients with love, then rinse and repeat. With every interaction, we want to build trust and show our clients that we care for them deeply. This is not some business strategy—it’s a lifestyle that our entire team is committed to.

Because when it comes down to it, who doesn’t enjoy being showered with love?

Experience It Yourself

Our point is this: your financial life is way too important for you to settle for working with someone who doesn’t put serving you first or who doesn’t truly care about your life.
